User Agreement
Before using Whiskmere Kitchen or interacting with its storefront, please read these Terms & Conditions. They govern whiskmere-kitchen.com (the “Website”), operated by BOONEPREMIER INC, 6061 Florida Circle South, Apollo Beach, FL 33572, USA.
ATTENTION
These Terms are a binding agreement between You and BOONEPREMIER INC, operating the Whiskmere Kitchen storefront. They apply together with the Privacy Policy and any separately confirmed transaction terms. If You do not agree, stop using the Website.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE
By visiting or using the Website, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering an agreement, and willing to follow these Terms. At checkout, acceptance additionally requires checking the box linking to these Terms and the Privacy Policy before selecting “Place order.” Keep a copy for Your records.
The Website presents product information, prices, a cart, contact and newsletter interfaces, and a checkout interface. Values entered in these interfaces remain only in active browser memory. The Website has no application backend for these interfaces, no customer accounts, no order database, no analytics or advertising pixels, and no payment-processing integration. Card, checkout, cart, contact, and newsletter values are not transmitted through these interfaces. “Order received” is an on-screen state only; it does not charge a card, accept an order, reserve inventory, create an account, or initiate shipment.
Credit Card Descriptor
For any transaction separately confirmed by BOONEPREMIER INC outside the Website’s local checkout interface, the billing descriptor is whiskmere-kitchen. This is how the charge will appear on the cardholder’s billing statement. Contact customer service promptly if You do not recognize a separately confirmed charge.

After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method used for the separately confirmed transaction. Bank posting times vary. Shipping Terms
Fulfillment for separately confirmed orders is provided by ShipMonk through facilities assigned to BOONEPREMIER INC inventory. The Website does not represent that the authorized return address is necessarily the physical shipping origin for every item. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, incomplete addresses, customs where applicable, or events beyond reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BOONEPREMIER INC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE WEBSITE OPERATION, EXCEPT WHERE THOSE WARRANTIES CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED. EXPRESS PRODUCT WARRANTIES, IF ANY, APPLY ONLY WHEN PROVIDED IN A SEPARATELY CONFIRMED TRANSACTION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOONEPREMIER INC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE, INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, RELIANCE ON WEBSITE CONTENT, OR PRODUCT MISUSE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITS MANDATORY CONSUMER RIGHTS.
REPRESENTATIONS
Product information is intended for general household and consumer use. Follow the instructions supplied with the physical item, inspect it before use, and discontinue use if any component appears damaged. Confirm dimensions, compatibility, electrical requirements, placement, cleaning method, and intended use before purchase where relevant. Website information from third parties may change or contain errors, and no result or performance outcome is guaranteed unless expressly included in a separately confirmed warranty.
Use of Individual Information
The Website interfaces do not transmit personal information to BOONEPREMIER INC. Information separately sent to the published email, telephone, or postal channels is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. BOONEPREMIER INC does not sell personal information received through those direct communications.
YOUR REPRESENTATIONS
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to impersonate another person, upload malicious code, interfere with service, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, scrape content through automated means, remove ownership notices, frame or reproduce the Website without permission, overload infrastructure, or violate another person’s rights.
You are responsible for reviewing product information and separately confirmed transaction details before agreeing to purchase. Do not enter actual payment-card data into the local Website checkout or send sensitive payment data by email or through a contact message.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
These Terms remain effective while You use the Website. BOONEPREMIER INC may suspend access, remove content, or decline a separately proposed transaction where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risk, fraud, incomplete information, unavailable delivery, clear pricing error, or a material breach of these Terms.
INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, You agree to be responsible for losses and reasonable costs arising from Your unlawful misuse of the Website, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms. BOONEPREMIER INC will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim where practicable.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION BY BINDING ARBITRATION
Before filing a claim, each party should attempt a good-faith resolution by written notice describing the issue, supporting information, and requested remedy. Send notices to BOONEPREMIER INC – Whiskmere Kitchen, 6061 Florida Circle South, Apollo Beach, FL 33572, USA. Any arbitration applies only where separately agreed or otherwise enforceable under applicable law; these Terms do not remove non-waivable consumer rights or access to a forum that law requires.
No Trial By Jury
TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMITTED AND ENFORCEABLE, EACH PARTY WAIVES A JURY TRIAL FOR A CLAIM CONNECTED WITH THE WEBSITE OR A SEPARATELY CONFIRMED TRANSACTION. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS REMAIN UNAFFECTED.
No Class Actions
TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMITTED AND ENFORCEABLE, CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THIS PROVISION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT THE WAIVER.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and disputes connected with the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer-protection, jurisdiction, and venue rights.
SEVERABILITY
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
NO WAIVER
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only for the specific circumstance in which it is given.
HEADINGS
Section headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement about Website use and replace earlier discussions on that subject. Terms for a separately confirmed transaction may add to these Terms; where there is a direct conflict, those separately confirmed terms govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
