ATTENTION
These Terms are a binding agreement between You and BOONEPREMIER INC, operating the Whiskmere Kitchen storefront. They apply together with the Privacy Policy and any separately confirmed transaction terms. If You do not agree, stop using the Website.

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The Website makes reasonable efforts to present intended uses, included items, care guidance, compatibility information, colors, and presentation images clearly. No specification, material, dimension, certification, performance result, compatibility statement, or included item should be assumed unless it is expressly stated on the relevant product page or in a separately confirmed offer.
Delivery Cost
Standard USPS shipping is free for separately confirmed orders delivered within the United States. Orders are normally dispatched within 3–5 business days. Tracking information is provided when available after a separately confirmed order ships.
Refund Policy
A return may be requested within 30 days after delivery of a separately confirmed order. Contact contact@brass-and-basil.com or +1 708 729 8497 before sending an item. Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, it should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the included parts and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless BOONEPREMIER INC confirms otherwise or applicable law requires another result.
After an authorized return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method used for the separately confirmed transaction. Bank posting times vary. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Return eligibility is assessed from the delivery date, item condition, order information, and applicable law. Do not discard an allegedly damaged, defective, or incorrect item or its packaging until support provides instructions.
Shipping Terms
Fulfillment for separately confirmed orders is provided by ShipMonk through facilities assigned to BOONEPREMIER INC inventory. The Website does not represent that the authorized return address is necessarily the physical shipping origin for every item. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, carrier delays, incomplete addresses, customs where applicable, or events beyond reasonable control. Risk of loss and title pass as provided by applicable law.

REPRESENTATIONS

Follow the instructions supplied with the physical item, inspect it before use, and discontinue use if any component appears damaged. Confirm dimensions, compatibility, electrical requirements, placement, cleaning method, and intended use before purchase where relevant. Website information from third parties may change or contain errors, and no result or performance outcome is guaranteed unless expressly included in a separately confirmed warranty.
Use of Individual Information

No Trial By Jury
TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMITTED AND ENFORCEABLE, EACH PARTY WAIVES A JURY TRIAL FOR A CLAIM CONNECTED WITH THE WEBSITE OR A SEPARATELY CONFIRMED TRANSACTION. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS REMAIN UNAFFECTED.
No Class Actions
TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMITTED AND ENFORCEABLE, CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THIS PROVISION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT PERMIT THE WAIVER.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and disputes connected with the Website are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory consumer-protection, jurisdiction, and venue rights.
SEVERABILITY
If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
NO WAIVER
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. A waiver is effective only for the specific circumstance in which it is given.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the complete agreement about Website use and replace earlier discussions on that subject. Terms for a separately confirmed transaction may add to these Terms; where there is a direct conflict, those separately confirmed terms govern that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
